It looks like I hand reds out like candy. The only thing I've seen that I didn't like was Wizard of Oz. It just seemed so long when I was a kid. Plus I did not appreciate the scary parts.

I'm going to watch Shawshank tonight because I'm embarrassed to admit I haven't seen it yet.

ETA: Okay, I've seen it now.

You certainly do hand out reds very liberally - but no love for the Shawshank? I don't think Elliott and I can get through a conversation without quoting it.

Elliot watches Shawshank like Dad watches The American President. (i.e. almost daily)

I think it just failed to deliver on some seriously high expectations. I've been hearing about how it's the greatest movie ever for so long, I think I was bound to be slightly disappointed.

I wish I had seen it before watching Prison Break, now that I know how much of it they copied.

Maybe it gets better after repeated viewings.
